Castelli S.p.A. has activated a whistleblowing system in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, allowing employees, collaborators, and third parties to report unlawful conduct or conduct not in compliance with the Code of Ethics, Model 231, or other relevant provisions.

Reports may also be anonymous and must include a clear and detailed description of the facts, along with any supporting documentation.

  (in a manner that guarantees confidentiality: report and identifying data in separate envelopes)

• In-person meeting: upon request with the Chair of the Supervisory Body

All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and with protection against any retaliation.

Disputes, claims or requests related to a personal interest of the whistleblower that concern only their individual employment relationship, or that relate to their relationship with hierarchical superiors, cannot be the subject of a report.
