Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €59. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before placing the order. Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST).

As soon as your order is processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Once the order is picked up by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking notification via email and SMS. Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. (EST) are processed within 1-2 business days, while delivery times depend on the courier and the selected shipping method. Please note that order processing and deliveries are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Due to unforeseen events, courier unavailability, or force majeure, there may be delivery delays or the possibility that fulfilling the order becomes impossible. In such cases, we reserve the right to split or cancel the order, and a prompt notification will be sent to the provided email address.
If this occurs, any payment already made will be refunded to you.

Payment can only be made using electronic payment methods such as credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, GPay, etc., through the Stripe platform.

Please check within 8 days of receiving your products to ensure the delivery is correct, includes all purchased items, and that they are undamaged and free of defects.
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will fully cover the return and refund of the item. To proceed, contact Customer Service via the form and select “Return Information” as the reason for your request. We will reach out to arrange the pickup at no additional cost.
The return will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item. We will verify the product’s condition, and if approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address. If delivery fails, the order will be held by the courier, and our team will contact you via email to arrange a new delivery procedure.

A significant portion of our material range is made from recycled substances at the source, such as fabric made from PET recycled from bottles recovered from the ocean, and bio-organic paper or coagulants that include post-consumer residues from apples, citrus fruits, textile waste, or leather scraps.
